Meet Carmen

Carmen Moo Jia Mun is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, specializing in conveyancing and real estate transactions. She holds an LLB (Hons) with Second Class Upper Division from the University of London External Programme (2017) and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2018. She has been in active practice since February 2020.

Carmen practices at Tam Cheng Yau & Co., a firm established in 1989 with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. With experience spanning sub-sale transactions, developer projects, loan documentation, and refinancing, she guides clients through every stage of their property journey — from the first agreement to final transfer.

Trilingual in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, Carmen ensures clear communication with all parties involved in your transaction.
